We’re currently seeking to fill the role of CSR/Administrative Assistant to enhance our customer service operations. In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to our dealers and customers via phone and email as well when they visit our showroom. You will answer customer questions, enter orders and follow up with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will build and maintain positive rapport with all new and established customers, as well as with co-workers.
Essential Functions:
~Address customer inquires promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat or in-person interactions
~Identify and resolve problems, complaints or escalations efficiently, forwarding calls as necessary
~Process parts orders, providing pricing and availability information while maintaining accurate records of transactions
~Assist shop floor staff in preparation of parts and shipments as needed
~Ensure all documentation, including parts books and service manuals are accurate and up to date and produce written and video instructions for aftermarket installs where possible
~Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system and generate reports on parts usage, service trends and customer feedback
~Relay customer feedback, suggestions or concerns to relevant departments for continuous improvement
~Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products or services to effectively address customer questions and provide guidance
~Perform general office tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office
~Collaborate closely with sales staff and departments at manufacturing
~Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times to ensure positive enteractions
QUALIFICATIONS:
~Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles preferred.
~Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
~Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
~Proficiency Microsoft Office suite and/or CRM software.
~Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in the achievement of Midco revenue objectives through the sales of products and solutions in the Residential market.
KEY FUNCTIONS:

JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Facilities Engineer is a critical role for maintaining Midco’s facilities. This position is responsible for planning, building, coordinating, and maintaining the technical facilities portfolio and helps keep Midco as a leading internet service provider in the Midwest.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that structures are physically sound and capable of supporting the electronic equipment housed within it. Facility must meet all local, state and federal codes.
- Confirm that facilities have sufficient cooling and heating to keep the temperature at an acceptable and constant range at all times and in all areas of the facility and within racks.
- Ensure that buildings have sufficient available power including Generator and UPS loads. The electrical system needs to be stable and conditioned with proper grounding and surge suppression.
- Confirm that the correct power is available to support new equipment as it is installed.
- Ensure buildings have the proper security in place to prevent unauthorized access and is well lit.
- Budget, design, and manage projects related to technical facilities.
- Ensure facilities have sufficient means for suppression of fires.
- Manage the installation of racks and raceway.
- Develop, expand and improve the existing procedures and practices to continually incorporate the latest findings, highest standards and best practices in the telecommunications industry.
- Work closely with the NOC to ensure critical parameters are being monitored by the NOC.
- Provide training to those that manage the day-to-day operation of the sites and those that work at the sites on all relevant systems.
- Perform technical facility site audits.
- Manage vendor relationships relating to facilities management. This includes, but is not limited to electrical, UPS, HVAC, generators, plumbing, snow removal, lawn care, garbage service, security service, and parking lot maintenance.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the Technical Facilities Manager regarding any potential or outstanding problems or issues.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and user-friendly web applications.
- Work closely with campus departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
- Utilize expertise in CMS products, including SharePoint, Cascade, and WordPress, to build and maintain robust web applications.
- Create and enhance intranet/communication sites to facilitate seamless internal communication and collaboration.
- Identify and remediate ADA blocking issues to ensure accessibility compliance.
- Implement search optimization techniques to enhance the visibility and usability of our web applications.
- Provide expertise in web governance, assisting in creating policies, and updating existing policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes to ensure the security and integrity of web applications.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with CMS products such as SharePoint, Cascade, and WordPress.
- Experience in designing and developing intranet/communication sites is preferred.
- Experience in QA testing, including functional, and test script creating and automation.
- Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and experience remediating blocking issues.
- Expertise in search optimization techniques to improve website performance.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics for web analytics and reporting.
- Experience in web governance, policy creation, and updates.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Effective at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
